Well, to Macau, you can take ferry operated by TURBOJET at Sky Pier. 6 ferries are available from 12:00 to 21:30. The ticket fare is 254HKD for ordinary seat for adult. The ferry terminal in Macau is in the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal.
Actually Macau is a small place. So from the Ferry Terminal to your hotel, you can just take a taxi to reach. Or there would be public buses leading to the nearby place.

To go back from Macau to HK: if you are going back to the HKIA, 7 ferries operated by TURBOJET are available from 07:30 to 20:00 in Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal. If you are going back to HK downtown area (Kowloon), many ferries are available from 07:00 to 22:30.
