will i be promoted this year? or will i be transfered to other schools or workplace?

my birthday is on decwmber 25,1975

As I know, you will not be transferred to another place in this year, but you get a chance for promotion. Although facing fierce competition, you will go through it and make breakthrough in work. But you are suggested to take a modest attitude, which is good for a possible promotion.
