Well, the free shuttle bus service is only provided for Airport Express passengers. Passengers are required to show proof of eligibility including Airport Express train ticket, Airline ticket or boarding pass, AsiaWorld-Expo entry pass or event ticket. So you cannot enjoy this free service.
So it's suggested to take bus no. A11 Airport (Ground Transportation Centre), and go to Victoria Park Tennis Court, Hing Fat Street. It takes around 75 mins on the way. And the fare is 40 HKD per adult. Then walk to the west around 280 yards. You will see the hotel.
