Quick and Cheap way to get from Hong Kong to Guangzhou East railway station?

Maybe there is a practical way to proceed from HK International Airport? Bus? Limousine? Taxi? Train?

What options for me please and how much for one person to go one way?

Hi there, there are many direct cross-border coaches from HKIA to Guangzhou every day, running from 07:00 to 22:15. As I know, some of coaches arrive at Guangzhou East Train Station. The bus fare is HK&250 and it takes around 4 hours.
