1. Generally, it will get warm with the highest temp of around 64F (18C), but you may still feel a little cold at night, when the lowest temp shall be 46F (8C). Cloudy days will mostly happen.
2&3 I presume you are asking the same route. A cab in the city can at most accommodate four passengers, so you need two. One costs CNY8-9 to the railway station. There are many cab companies in town, and most of them serve well. Just flag off an official cab with the green and orange colors and ask the driver to charge by meter.
4. To be honest, the terracotta museum bus line is crowded seven days a week, but many buses are in service, so there is little difference to travel on Thurs. or Fri.
At Huaqing Hot Spring, two to three hours are enough. In Chinese, the attraction is named华清池. From the terracotta to this attraction, I suggest you take a taxi, which costs around CNY15 and takes 15-20min.

To get back to XA, you can take the bus opposite the Huaqing Hot Spring (main entrance) and the last bus leaves around 19:00-19:30. And yes, the frequency of the bus is 10-15min for a whole day.

5. To be exact, the direct bus to Mt. Huashan from the railway station takes 2-2.5h. Sometimes, it may take 3h due to the traffic condition. High speed train + taxi is faster, but you have to go to the North Station for the train.
6. At XA North Train Station, you can easily catch a train to Luoyang Longmen. The train schedule can be found on the train page of this website. It takes 1.5 and the fare is CNY174.5 for a second class seat and CNY279.5 for a first class seat. This website (Travel China Guide) happens to offer train ticket booking service. I always use their service. This is their contact: bookingtravelchinaguide.com
Public bus no. 81 can take you from the Luoyang Station to Longmen Station. The bus fare is CNY1.5.
7. The entrance fee is CNY150 for Terracotta, CNY120 Longmen Grottoes, CNY180 for Huashan, CNY110 for Huaqing Hot Spring, free to get in the Small Wild Goose Pagoda and CNY30 to climb, CNY25 to Big Wild Goose Pagoda and CNY20-30 to climb it. And the policy with discount is only for Chinese citizens,
8. The West Peak is the most elegant. Though taking cable car, you still need to buy the entrance ticket.

Thank you very much..

Also sound like the taxi is not expenseive, ie. taxi from terra cotta to hot spring is just CNY15. If so how much it normally cost if i take
1) cab from hotel to terra cotta.
2) cab from hot spring back to hotel (Ramada) just estimate and is it convenience to find cab back to town?
B/c if we have 8 pax and take 2 cabs.. price might not be must difference comparing to taking bus and more convenience.

Thank you.

1) how long and how much for high speed train?
2) how long and how much for the taxi to go from Hua Shan train station(it's called Hua Shan station?) to Mt. Hua Shan?
3) if i take my parents (70+) to Mt. Hua Shan.. they should be able to join us by cable car to west peak, right? is there any more trek for me to go higher and let them wait at the view point after cable for me to get them back?

Thank you!!!
