how to get from guangzhou east railway station to hongkong island?

i live in Guangzhou and would like to visit HK island. what train do i take? where do i get off? i have booked a hostel near causeway bay station in HK

Direct trains from Guangzhou East Station to Hung Hom, HK are available from 08:19 to 21:32 every day. It takes around 2 hours and costs 190HKD per adult.

After getting to Hung Hom, you can walk to Cross Harbour Tunnel Toll Plaza to take bus no. 182 and get off Elizabeth House, Gloucester Road. Then the distance to Causeway Bay metro station is 300-350yd.
