Hi which airport shuttle do I need to get to get to Alley Youth Hostel in Miaohou Street, Lianhu

Take shuttle bus Xishaomen Line and get off at its terminal station - Xishaomen Airport Business Hotel. Then transfer to a taxi to your destination directly at the cost of CNY10.
