please can you suggest how we should plan our trip and how do we travel locally .....what will be the best option....taxi/mtr .....any special deals for a group of 7..

I suggest you stay 4-5 days in HK to see all the must-sees and for the rest time, it is recommended to have fun in Macau. Apart from traveling by yourself, you can take the Big Bus Tour in HK to have a close visit. It has three sightseeing bus lines for you to choose. The taxi charge is high in HK. Generally, it is the most convenient to travel by MTR. However, for seven of you, it would be best to have a van to tour around. Considering this, it occurs that many hotels in HK provide tours for their guests as well as a van. So if you have booked hotel, try to consult your hotel.
