I will stay in China around 40-45 days. I want to know which SIM card is cheaper for local call & Internet ?Anybody can call me to my mobile phone from outside China ?and how can i recharge ?

China Telecommunications is recommended in your case. To receive and make international calls, you need to open the international service after buying the sim card at the service center. There is the free service to rceive international calls.  International calls from China are expensive; you are advised to use online phone like Skype. It's much cheaper. Sim card can be recharged online or at service centers.
