About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

I am an american residing in China.

My Chinese m visa will expire shortly and I wish to apply for a multiple entry tourist type. Is it possible to apply in Vietnam?

Gavin, it's possible to submit the application to the embassy in Vietnam, but I'm not sure whether the multiple entry will be granted. The copies of your previous entry permits for China may be useful for the application.
