About:Business Hours in China

Is EMS shipping out from China now open

Still waiting on one more package since February 7 still says dispatch from sorting center what does that mean and can someone help find out of my package is lost please help

Yes, the service is open. If you doubt your lost parcel, you can try to contact with the one who send it. It may work.
