Gsyle, China Post was actually open during Chinese Spring Festival. Just some small branches were closed. It's Feb. 26. Spring Festival ends on Feb. 24. Right now all branches should be open.1

I ordered earings on the 19th jan they have said they are clised for hiday since even yesterday i got an automatic reply saying closed for holiday until 28th january. Do you know who i can contact in china because it looks like they have taken my money but are not sending the 10 pairs of earings
