question about who built the great wall of china

I didn't understand the info so can you just name the person who choose or built the wall.

Jadia, it's impossile to give you the names of the ones who built the wall. In the past, the emperors just ordered to build the wall. Then millions of soldiers, common people and criminals were enslaved to do the construction work. Until today, we still don't know how many people exactly were ordered to build the wall. It's more difficult to figure out their names.
