Imran, you don't need to apply for the entry permit for HK if you won't stay there for more than 14 days.

The fee for a single entry permit for mainland China is 3900 rupees (entry permit fee) + 1061 rupees (service fee), altogether 4961 rupees.

You should go to the CVASC office in India which has charge over your region and submit the following documents: a vald passport, a photocopy of the passport, an application form, a recent photograph, an invitation letter from your trade partner in China, and a personal statement or a statement about your organization.
