About:Packing Tips for Traveling China

I have a universal adapter/converter. Will this be sufficient to safely charge my Ipad?

I suggest you check the voltage and current of your adapter and converter. Usually the voltage is ok. It should be from 110V to 240V. However, you may check its current limit and compare with your ipad charger. If the current is the same, you can use it without a problem.
