My husband has a disability and uses a mobility scooter. Are the train/subway platforms flat so that he can drive his scooter onto the train?What subway and train do we need to take

You can but it's sooooooo crowded that it's unlikely you could get your scooter on during peak periods, best to take a taxi or train that allows enough space, subway is not recommended for you due to over crowding on buses and subs

also when purchasing a train ticket, buy from the GZ 东站, let them know your situation and they will arrange the best seat possible for space, might pay a bit extra for spacious seats and also bring passports to buy tickets as often if you need to travel they ask for formal identification
