About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Is it possible to go and apply at port of entry for a 72 hour visa? In Hong Kong?

I wish to come to Hong Kong for the 7's rugby tournament. I am from South Africa.

Quentin, actually you don't need the entry permit for Hong Kong if your stay is not more than 30 days.
