What is best way from Kunming Airport to Yunnan Arts Institute in Chenggong district.

I would suggest you take airport express bus line 2 to KM Railway Station first. There you can transfer to subway line 1 and get off at University Town South station. After that, transfer to a taxi to your destination within 10min.
