You can take the airport shuttle bus line 3 to East Railway Station (CNY20), where you can take high-speed train to Chongqing. The fare for second class seat is CNY97 around and the travel time is about 2 hours.
Or you can take shuttle bus line 2 to CD Rail Station to take a normal train to your destination. The train ticket is CNY72, much cheaper, but the duration shall be 10h, not a good choice.2
