Best city/province for human hair manufacturers.

Planning a trip to China leaving on March 15, what city/province is best to find human hair manufactures? (Brazilian, etc). I know Guangzhou has a lot of trading companies, we are looking for a cheaper alternative to same quality or to find who our trading company purchases from. How hard is that?
