To print clothing tags, I suggest you go and try at a clothing factory. I happen to know a Baoshan Clothing Factory, located at block C, no.2, Rongxi Industrial Street, South Xiamao Road, West Huangshi Road, Baiyun District.

For customised plastic bags, I know Jin'ou Plastic Packaging Products Company may have this service. It is located at no. 21-1, Xixianlu Industrial Zone, Kengtou Village, Nancun Town, Panyu District. I reme,mber their email is 34825689163.com. You can have a try!
