About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

how to arrange delivery

I'd like to buy two tickets for the high speedS from Xi'an to Beijing for April 8. We'll be staying at a hotel in Xi'an for two nights, arriving on April 6. If we buy the delivery service, when will the tickets be delivered to the hotel? If they arrive before we check-in will the hotel keep the tickets for us till we arrive?

We would like to offer you train booking and tickets delivery service. After you finish your online booking, we will issue the tickets in time and arrange the delivery to your hotel before your check in date. Normally hotel will accept and keep the ticket express for their clients. We will also check this with your hotel before the delivery. Then you need to collect your ticket express at hotel reception or concierge when you check in.
