About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

which visa should I get

I am going to China to meet someone for the first time but will not be staying with them. should I apply for a L type?

Hi, peter! You need to apply for the L type at the CVASC office in the UK by providing the followings: a valid passport and a photocopy of the passport's data page, a filled application form affixed with your recent bare-head photo on it, and round-trip tickets and hotel reservations.
