how do we get to dabu from chaoshan train station?

We are thinking of  travelling by  train from Shenzhen to Chaoshan and then on to Dabu. Is this the best way to go to Dabu, Meizhou from SZ?

No, it is not. Actually, direct bus from Shenzhen to Dabu is available. You can take it at Longgang Bus Station from 07:00 to 18:30. It takes 6h to arrive. This way saves the trouble of transfer.
