is china ems closed fro spring festival?

hallo,i'm waiting a package from china by ems,but i have no news about it since saturday 14 of february...the tracking number is : EA058389451CN thank you!

Im also waiting on a package i ordered since the 8th ems has no updated i heard shipping will resume in the 28th have you found out anything
