hey can anyone tell me the bus which is going at the airport when im in hangzhou tower

You can walk to the south about 0.4 miles and get to Wulinmen CAAC Ticket Office first. Then take airport shuttle bus directly. The bus operating hours are from 05:00~21:00. And the ticket fare is CNY 20 per adult.
