Yes, you can take photo with the status. It is for free. You can take bus 973 from Western Harbour Crossing Toll Plaza and get off at East Tsim Sah Tsui Station, Salisbury Road. And then walk southwards for about 350 yards to reach. The bus fare would be 5.7HKD.
