You need to apply for the tourist visa in your country first. The apply materials contain your passport, application form, passport photo (in rencent six months), round-trip ticket and advance order of hotels. If the lady can send you the invitation letter, it's not necessary for you to prepare round-trip ticket and advance orders of hotels.
