Receipt and Despatch Sub-Unit
Hong Kong Immigration Department
2/F, Immigration Tower
7 Gloucester Road
Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The required documents are: filled ID990A form affixed with a recent passport photo, a copy of passport information page, Photocopy of proof of academic qualifications and relevant work experience and Letter of consent from applicant's present working unit.
