About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

m visa entry duration extention

hi everybody! i've read in this article that if someone has an entry duration of 30 days (for example) can apply for an extention at the exit entry local authorities,my question is: can i apply the extension i want? for example up to 90 days?? if yes what documents i need in addition to the passport?

Hi Rachele! You can apply the extension but not guaranteed to get it. By the way, if your allowed stay is 30 days, the maximum extension will be not up to 30 days. Documents you may need are: 1.Valid passport; 2.Valid Registration Form of Temporary Residence; 3.Completely filled M type APPLICATION FORM with recent half-length, white background, bareheaded, full-faced 2-inch color photo; Legal registration certificate of the inviter (entities or individuals within China); 5.Chinese official letter with official seal of the Unit issued by the inviting units to Exit-entry Administration Department; 6.Other documents needed by Administration of Entry & Exit.
