I was born 10-25-64. The past 2years have not been very good as far as my career is concerned and I am currently very unhappy with my job, my bosses and the company overall.

It’s just so so, especially for your work. If there is any misunderstanding between, you should have a talk and try to make it clear. Also, if you can keep a good relationship with people around you, you will feel happier and more efficient in work. Just remind you that it is not suggested to change a job this year. So you need to be tolerant and perseverant.
