No, you need to change another way to reach Huashan Mountain. This bus line is temporary canceled from Aug. 15, 2014 to Sept. 30, 2015 because of expressway construction.
So you can take trains at city railway station and go to Huashan Railway Station. There are more than 30 trains every day. It takes around 1.5 hours on the way. The ticket fare of hard Sleeper CNY73.5 and hard seat is CNY19.5.
Then take a taxi to the scenic area. The cab fare is not expensive.
