Will i get a chance to travel abroad from my current job n have monetary gains?

my birthdate is 12 mar 1987. Everytime my travel is planned it gets cancelled. Let me know in which half of the year is this possible.Should i stick to my current job or change my job to travel. abroad.my profession is Software Engineer.
