Can I get tourist visa Phuket Australian citizen and Thai as well

Yes, Peter, you can apply for it either in Phuket or Thail embassy or consulate. The application documents include a valid passport, a photocopy of the passport, a completely filled application form attached with your recently taken color photo, the original and photocopy of entry permit for Thailand, and roundtrip tickets and hotel reservations for China.
