I will be arriving at the airport around 7pm.  What is the best way to get to Han Tang Inn Hostel?

Well, according to your departure time, you can take airport shuttle bus line 3, and get off at the Railway Station. Then take a taxi to the destination. The cab fare is CNY 15 to 20.
