changing from Z visa to business (M) type

Hi,

I am currently working on a Z type which is valid until October 2015. I am thinking of leaving my employer and just working on my own, (English teaching) I would like to know if anyone had been in the same shoe? Do I need to go back to my home country to apply for the new business, or is it easier because I already have the working?

Hi Gennarinoo! After you quit your current job, you can find another job and change your information on the residence permit at the local Exit and Entry Administration.
