Best place to stay Xiamen. What are the must see attractions?

Where is the best place to stay so I am close to the tourist attractions or transport?

Must see attractions: Gulangyu Island; South Putuo temple, Jimei, and Hulishan Battery.
You are suggested to stay in Zhongsahn Road in Siming District, which is located near Gulangyu. Hotels recommended:
1. XM Coast International Hotel: no. 96, Lujiang Road, siming District.
2. XM Huaqiao Hotel: no. 70, Xinhua Road, Siming District.
