Yes, there are several ferries in City New Port that can take you to Zhanjiang. You can buy the ticket on the ticket counter in the port. The schedules respectively are 09:00,12:30,16:00 and 20:00. It will take around 30 mins. And the referenced price is about CNY 32 per adult.
