About:China Visa on Arrival

VOA to Shenzen for Indonesian

HI, I am indonesians and planning to one-day visit Shenzen from Hong Kong. Is it possible for me to apply VOA at Louhu port?

According to what I heard, Indonesians are required to apply in advance because VOA isn't ok for them now.
