Marriage documents required

I am visiting china soon with my M type for 1 month (single entry) and I want to marry my Chinese girlfriend in (Guizhou) province, actually I read all the regulation and laws, but I'm confused about the required documents, they need my (Passport, certificate to be a single) but also they I heard they need my entry permit/residence permit, how can I get the residence/entry permit? where & when?
I will arrive at shanghai airport, and then go to Guizhou, appreciate your kind and quick response, thanks
