Baggage check-in from shekou port

Hi, i wanna ask you, on 17th February i will have my flight from HKIA at 9.30, if i want to go from shekou port with 7.45 ferry, do i have enough time?
assume i can check in inside the shekou port, but how about the baggage?
i'm using Cathay pacific here.
Please answer me, really need your help.
