Why sometimes you charge 40 sometimes 60 and sometimes 120 euros.

Elena, the fee is charged based on how many entries you acquire and what your nationality is. A single entry just costs EUR 20. However,a double entry one costs EUR30. If you are an American, you should pay for EUR 105. If you are from any other country but still apply in Cyprus, you will be charged EUR 30 for a single entry. See?  If you still have doubts, you'd better contact the embassy to confirm how much you should pay.
