What's the process to obtain a visa to work in Macau for Australian & New Zealand passport holders?

We are wanting to travel to Macau and obtain work in the Entertainmemt industry (singers) within the Casino or hotel environment in Macau. Do we need a resident or work entry permit? Can we obtain it once we arrive and secure work? What is required? We are wanting to arrive in Macau within 4 weeks.
