About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

two 72 Hour Visas in one month?

I'm an American and have tickets booked from Taipei- Pudong- New York and then return 26 days later New York- Pudong - Honqiao - Taipei. Is it possible to get 72 hour transit entry permits for both of these or am I going to have issues on the return (which is considerably more important as I have to change airports)?
