From ChangSui airport to Train Station with Line 6 subway

As seen above, the first phase of Subway Line 6 operates between the airport and East Bus Station and runs from 09:00 to 19:10 on an interval of 25 minutes. Cost RMB 5.

I need to take a train to Dali form Kunming but I am not sure which bus station it is located (East, North, etc..). Can I take the subway?
