About:Year of the Pig

Career Choice in 2015. Birthday on 23 Dec 1983

Hi. I have been doing the same works in the passed 5-7 years without much progressing in my current job. Avg 5% increment in annual salary, no bonus passed 2 yrs. Job title remained. I felt a bit loss of motivation/aim. Currently working as a design testing engineer. Thinking should I change my job to other industry, such as sales/marketing/banking or insurance agent.

Please help as my monthly commitment/expenses goes higher with age grow older (family, house, etc).

SiYangYang, you are suggested to keep your current job. If you still work hard every day, your boss will see your achievement one day. And the predition shows that you will have a chance to get a promotion or an increased income.
But if you don't like this job, you can change a job and adapt a new environment.
