About:Year of the Rabbit

About my career. my date of birth is 25-05-1987.

Hi i am lalli. I am thinking to change my job.Is it the right time or should i wait? I will complete 1yr in current company in march will i get good increment?

Hey, you can have a change, but it is suggested that you wait until at least July. Because your chance will mainly coming in the second half of the year. If you stay in the current one, maybe both your reputation and status will be improved in the end of the year.
