I have heard that because the ride moves so quickly 200km/h plus, that a phone struggles to connect to service as it skips from cell to cell. I have also heard that there is a 3G hotspot on the train to prevent this. Is it true?0

The internet can still be connected, you can use it during the trip. But there is no free wifi offered by the authority.0
