Can a sheep and a snake be reconciled this year if they are having a break up in their relationship?

What should both of them do to keep them faithfully together?

There is a chance, and it depends on whether you two want to take it.
To keep your relationship long, both of you need to face the reality. You know that life is not only including romance, but many other aspects. And you need to learn to face them all. If you two can work together for it, things will be better and better.
