mini bar fridge but a chinese 2 pin plug!

Question

I was given a small bar fridge but it is a 2 pin adapter, i would like to use the bar fridge in Canada can i purchase an adapter in Canada to use with a foreign product?  I have pics but have no idea how to add them.

Trina, it's ok to buy an adapter. But I do remind you that you should check its voltage ranage. According to what I know, the voltage in Canada is 120V. If its voltage is from 110 to 240V, then you just need an adapter. If it doesn't support 120V, I am afraid that you also need to buy a transformer.
